The Wild Goose Qigong 2nd 64 (also known as ‘Back 64’), continues from where the 1st 64 leaves off and completes the foundational Dong Gong exercise. Its 64 movements are based on the Later-Heaven Bagua and works on deeper prenatal issues in the body. Whist, generally speaking the 1st 64 gathers and builds Qi, the 2nd 64 involves larger Qi field movements and expelling actions.
